I am passionate about learning new things and expanding my understanding of the world, especially through exploring different cultures, languages, and lifestyles. I am also deeply interested in working with people and developing strong communication between individuals and groups. Music and nature are also important parts of what I value, particularly in how they connect people and encourage appreciation for creativity and the outdoors.

Based on these passions, I am interested in career paths within the hospitality and tourism industry that reflect creativity, culture, and human connection. Some roles that stood out to me include Cultural Experiences Manager, Arts & Recreation Program Director, Music Tourism Specialist, Guest Relations Manager, and Hotel Entertainment Director.

My core values include freedom, creativity, cultural respect, and integrity, which guide the type of work environment and opportunities I am drawn to.

In the short term (6–9 months), I aim to secure an entry-level position in hospitality, continue developing my LinkedIn profile, and begin networking with professionals in the San Diego hospitality industry. In the long term (1–3 years), I hope to discover a career path I am truly passionate about, graduate with a degree in Communications and a minor in Recreation and Tourism Management, and secure a full-time role in a setting that emphasizes music, community, and the arts.

My current strengths include being a quick learner, adaptable, understanding, and naturally people-oriented, with a creative eye. Areas I hope to develop further include confident communication, networking and relationship-building skills, stronger decision-making abilities, fluency in foreign languages, and business and entrepreneurial skills.

The people who inspire me most are my parents. My mom is a confident and well-spoken individual with strong decision-making skills and a creative perspective, while my dad is a curious and driven businessman who values continuous learning, understanding, and personal growth.
